SF Engineering Service Support Over the Christmas and New Year Period
To keep you running through the festive season, we have published our service and spare parts opening hours. Information on when support and spare parts ordering is available is below.
We recommend that you check internal stock levels of the most commonly used spare parts now. The last day for orders of spare parts is Friday 22 December, and we have to take into account delivery timelines over the holiday period. Our advice is to get any orders in now for those items that you might need, especially for the most regularly needed parts.
Spare Parts Opening Hours
Our UK and Ireland spare parts teams will be operating normally up to midday on Friday 22 December. That means all orders for spare parts need to be with us by midday on Friday 22 December at the latest.
The spare parts departments in both the UK and Ireland will then reopen again on Tuesday 2nd January.
Service Opening Hours
Service support is available as normal from both our UK and Ireland teams up until Thursday 21 December. After this date the following support is available.
In the UK:
- Friday 22 December – phone service support between 9am and midday. Call 01487 740131 to speak to our service support team.
- Saturday 23 December to Tuesday 26 December – the service department is closed.
- Wednesday 27 December to Friday 29 December – email support only. Please email servicesuk@sfengineering.net and a service engineer will get back to you.
- Saturday 30 December to Monday 1 January – the service department is closed.
- Tuesday 2 January – service resumes as normal.
In Ireland:
- Friday 22 December – phone service support between 9am and midday. Call 071 9163334 to speak to our service support team.
- Saturday 23 December to Tuesday 26 December – the service department is closed.
- Wednesday 27 December to Friday 29 December – phone support available between 9am and 5pm. Email serviceandspares@sfengineering.net and a service engineer will call you back within 3 hours.
- Saturday 30 December to Monday 1 January – the service department is closed.
- Tuesday 2 January – service resumes as normal.
